About Glen Maguire

Hi, I’m Glen Maguire – founder of Matrix AI Consulting and Clickthrough Digital. I help businesses across New Zealand, Australia, and Europe navigate and adopt Artificial Intelligence through practical, human-centred consulting and training.

My journey into digital transformation began in 1999 as Head of Digital at Diageo Europe, where I helped a portfolio of world-leading brands embrace the emerging dot-com era—leading multi-market projects backed by a $500 million budget.

After completing my MBA at the University of Otago in 2005, I returned to New Zealand to lead digital at Vodafone and later co-founded the Interactive Advertising Bureau NZ, serving as Chairman of Research.

Since then, I’ve dedicated my career to helping organisations grow—first through digital, and now through Artificial Intelligence. At Matrix AI Consulting, I work with companies, organisations, and industry groups to build AI adoption roadmaps, deliver live training, and guide responsible, scalable AI integration.

I’m also deeply committed to my local community as a volunteer.

My passion is simple: helping businesses and people thrive in the AI era—ethically, confidently, and with a clear plan forward.
